《左传》有云：“国之大事，在祀与戎”。“祀”指国家的公祭仪式，“戎”是国家的军事行动或战争。即将到来的国庆大阅兵，既是“祀”，也是“戎”，当之无愧的国家大事了。新中国成立60年的国庆，从进入9月开始，就让我们感受到了不一样的气氛。从各种频繁的戒严阅兵，到整个北京随处可见的庆祝条幅，鲜花。。。等等，无不让我们感受到伟大祖国生日的喜气洋洋！
