Family English赞助第三届干旱大会
第三届国际干旱大会(The 3rd International Conference on Integrated Approaches to Improve Crop Production Under Drought Prone Environments)将于2009年10月11－16日在中国上海召开，本次大会已有来自60个国家或地区的约500名学者参加，分享和交流讨论干旱逆境下有关植物生长发育、产量及品质、抗逆分子遗传与分子生物学等诸多方面的研究成果和热点问题。
大会主办单位上海市农业科学院、上海市农业生物基因中心联合亚洲著名的企业英语培训机构Market Leader Corporate English Training(上海马科里得企业英语培训中心)，对本次大会的接待以及会务的工作人员进行英语培训。
第三届国际干旱大会将提供一个展示和讨论平台，交流利用作物遗传和管理手段增加干旱条件下作物产量及其稳定性的关键问题和策略。虽然在干旱胁迫的细胞和分子方面已有一些精彩的讨论会，但无论是公立、还是私立研究机构，都有多学科交叉讨论的需求：一方面是分子生物学研究，另一方是寻求干旱条件下改善作物表现的实用方法。考虑到全球气候变暖对作物生产已显现的和预期的问题，国际干旱大会将是一次适时的会议。在不断增加的淡水短缺和全球变暖情形下，农民们正在为维持生计寻求出路。

INTERDROUGHT-III (Third International Conference on Integrated Approaches to Improve Crop Production Under Drought Prone Environments) will be held in October 11th-16th, 2009 in Shanghai, with almost 500 scholars from 60 countries or regions, sharing and exchanging of plants under drought stress to discuss growth and development, yield and quality, resilience of Molecular Genetics and molecular biology, and many other aspects of research and hot issues.
Conference organizers are Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shanghai Agro biological Gene Center, and Asia's leading business English training institution, Market Leader Corporate English Training Center which is responsible for reception of this Conference, as well as English Training for the business staff.
The objective of this conference is to serve as a platform for presenting and debating key issues and relevant strategies for increasing the yield and stability of crops under drought conditions by genetic and crop management approaches. There is a need in both public and private research sectors for crosstalk between disciplines involved with the molecular sciences and those seeking practical solutions to improve crop performance under drought conditions. Farmers are seeking solutions for sustaining livelihood under increasing water scarcity and global warming. The host country is especially concerned about food production while irrigation water is becoming scarce.
With regard to the General Assembly during the training, Director of Market Leader Education China, Vincent.Wen ( Wen-ping), speaking on: International exhibition Meetings will involve many specialized areas of knowledge, not a single textbook which can teach the students about the required knowledge, especially the problems encountered like real-time meetings, as well as meeting process training will be different and so on.
